This June feels especially meaningful around here because I’m celebrating a big milestone… turning 40! 🎉

Birthdays have a way of making you pause and reflect, and this year more than ever, I’ve found myself incredibly grateful for the community that has helped shape The Box Doc into what it is today.

Every single person who has walked through our doors, trusted us with their care, supported our mission, referred a friend, attended a workshop, or simply cheered us on along the way has been part of this journey.

You’re the reason we show up every day to help people move well, feel good, and live bold. Watching our patients get back to the things they love, whether that’s training, traveling, competing, parenting, or simply living without limitation, is what continues to fuel our purpose.

So this year, instead of just celebrating my birthday, I wanted to celebrate YOU too.
